Selected recovery engagements demonstrating Noble Nexus’ structured, compliant, and results-driven approach in managing complex debt portfolios across government, financial, and corporate sectors.
Over a five-year contractual engagement, Noble Nexus successfully managed and recovered arrears from a large-scale low cost housing portfolio under the jurisdiction of Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS), the governing housing authority for the State of Selangor.
During this period, Noble Nexus achieved a total recovery of RM20.07 million, representing 40% of the total outstanding arrears assigned. Of this amount, RM17.8 million was successfully resolved and classified as settlement cases administered under LPHS regulations, reflecting strong compliance with government policies and structured recovery procedures.
The remaining RM12.2 million of arrears comprised technically complex cases, including salary deductions that were not credited into the correct accounts, property owners who were untraceable due to relocation or death without legal heirs, residents classified under hardcore poverty categories, as well as irregular payment arrangements and third-party paymaster issues.
Despite these operational and socio-economic challenges, Noble Nexus maintained a disciplined, compliant, and systematic recovery approach, balancing enforcement with sensitivity to housing policy constraints. This engagement demonstrates Noble Nexus’ capability in handling government-linked housing portfolios involving high volumes, long-term arrears, and complex debtor profiles while delivering measurable financial outcomes.
